It’s time to rediscover your true self and create the life you want.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re too much, not enough, or just not quite built for the mold you’ve been handed, you’re in good company here. Welcome! My name is Natasha, and I work with neurodivergent, highly sensitive, and insecurely attached people, along with anyone ready to untangle old patterns, improve their relationships, and start a new chapter.

Explore My Offerings

  • Individual Therapy

I offer individual therapy, in network with Aetna, Anthem, Blue Shield, Carelon, Cigna, and Quest, tailored to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and discover new paths to growth. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop tools for resilience, and create meaningful changes that align with your values. Individual sessions are available in my West Hollywood office or virtually for your convenience.

  • Family and Group Therapy

I work with families and groups to strengthen relationships, foster connection, and create supportive spaces for growth. Family sessions focus on resolving conflicts, improving communication, and building healthier dynamics with families with children between 10-18. I also offer support groups, located in convenient West Hollywood, for neurodivergent teens (15–17) and young adults (18–21), providing a place to share experiences, connect, and feel understood.

  • Equine Assisted Therapy

I'm thrilled to now be offering equine therapy for current and new clients. By working with the healing power of horses, clients can explore communication, boundaries, and self-awareness in a supportive and experiential way. These sessions are especially impactful for those who learn best through hands-on experiences, and can be done individually or with groups. My partnering ranch, Twentynine Oaks, is conveniently located just off the Ventura Freeway, in beautiful and historic Old Agoura.

Why Equine Therapy?

Equine therapy offers something that traditional talk therapy can’t always reach. It invites you to step out of your head and into an experience. Horses are exquisitely attuned to our energy, body language, and emotional state. They respond not to what we say, but to how we show up. That means every moment with them is an opportunity to practice self-awareness, calm, and presence in real time. When a horse mirrors your tension or relaxes as you breathe more deeply, it’s a felt sense of connection that helps you understand yourself on a deeper, more embodied level.

Working with horses can also help rebuild confidence, self-trust, and emotional regulation. Guiding a thousand-pound animal through gentle cooperation requires clear communication, patience, and authenticity - qualities that often grow stronger through the process itself. Many people find that equine therapy helps them rediscover what safety and balance feel like in their own bodies. It’s also a chance to explore boundaries, trust, and relational patterns in a living, dynamic relationship with another being. And because sessions take place outdoors, surrounded by nature and the rhythm of the herd, clients often describe the experience as grounding and restorative - a kind of therapy that feels both peaceful and alive.
